Refund/Return Policy

If you receive an incorrect item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at malenskitchennz@gmail.com.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours after the delivery.
  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for products that have already been consumed or discarded. Please provide evidence of the issue, including a photo of the item and packing slip.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the error is on our end. All returned items must be in their original packaging (if possible) and in good condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • After 24 hours from delivery, we are unable to process returns or refunds.

Purchases

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delivery times may be subject to change. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at malenskitchennz@gmail.com.
  • In the event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to offer a replacement or issue a refund.
  • For large or corporate orders, please let us know in advance if you require specific packaging. Additional charges may apply for special packaging or shipping.

Credit Card Payments

  • We use a secure third-party payment system to process all payments. We do not store any credit card details on our systems.
  • Payments must be completed before your order is shipped. For any inquiries regarding payment or billing, please contact us at malenskitchennz@gmail.com.

Pricing

  • Malen's Kitchen reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. All prices include GST and are processed in New Zealand Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

  • As our products are perishable, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have entered the processing, packing, or delivery stages.
  • You can cancel or modify your order up to 5pm, two days before your scheduled delivery by contacting us via malenskitchennz@gmail.com.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability or pricing errors. If an order is canceled, we will promptly issue a refund.
