Refund/Return Policy

- You must notify us within 24 hours after the delivery.
- Refunds or credits will not be issued for products that have already been consumed or discarded. Please provide evidence of the issue, including a photo of the item and packing slip.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping only if the error is on our end. All returned items must be in their original packaging (if possible) and in good condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- After 24 hours from delivery, we are unable to process returns or refunds.

- As our products are perishable, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have entered the processing, packing, or delivery stages.
