- Cook directly from frozen.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and longganisa to the pan.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the water has evaporated. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking
- Add oil if needed and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes, or until caramelized and fully cooked to 75°C.
