- Cook directly from frozen
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
- Add 3 tbsp. of oil and tapa to the pan
- Simmer for 6-7 minutes, or until the liquid evaporates
- Cook for another 8 minutes, or until caramelised and fully cooked to 75°C. Turn occasionally for even cooking
